Chinese name：Epoxy polyester powder coating
Introduction
Epoxy polyester powder coatings are one type of thermosetting powder coatings.
Made of epoxy resin and polyester resin as the main raw materials, and with their unique properties, the coating film has excellent leveling, decorative, mechanical properties and strong corrosion resistance. Wide range of applications for the coating of various indoor metal products.
application
Mainly used for surface coating of automobiles, household appliances, metal furniture, instrumentation, indoor fitness equipment, radiators and other industries.
Physical characteristics
Specific gravity: 1.1~1.8 (varies by type and color)
Horizontal fluidity: 18~35mm
Particle size distribution: 100% less than 125μm, of which more than 85% is between 60~90μm
Curing condition
Standard type 180 ° C (workpiece temperature) 15 minutes
Low temperature curing type 160 ° C (workpiece temperature) 15 minutes
Average coating rate
The coating ratio is 9-12 m 2 /kg under the condition of a powder utilization rate of 100% and a film thickness of about 80 μm.
Storage requirements
Store in a ventilated, dry and clean room below 25 °C. Keep away from fire and heat, avoid direct sunlight, and prohibit open-air stacking. The powder was stable for 12 months under these conditions. The test can be re-examined beyond the storage period and can still be used if the results meet the requirements.
Health and safety
This powder coating is a non-toxic product, but should avoid inhaling dust during use. Operators are advised to wear appropriate masks and glasses.
